This weeks memory verse is: 
 Rain fell upon the earth forty days and forty nights. (Gen 7:12)

Here are a few questions for your family to discuss this week based on the teaching your kids received in class on Sunday. Space these questions out throughout the week and find natural times to bring them up. Use these questions to spark conversation over dinner or on a car ride.

Question One: Have you ever been on a really big boat? Could you imagine staying on one of those with two of every kind of animal?

Question Two: What are some words to describe the people when Noah was alive? how did God feel about how people were living?

Question Three: How does it make you feel to know that God can see everything you do and think? Happy? Scared? Maybe a little bit of both? What did God do when he saw the wickedness of people?

Question Four: Did God's flood destroy everyone? Why did God save Noah and his family? What does this tell us about God?

Question Five: What would have happened if Noah hadn't obeyed God when he told him to build an ark? How do you think we should respond when God tells us to do things?
